Whether you are new to the Astra system or you have been using Astra for many years, the IDS Academy Learning Center is a cost-effective way to improve the skills of your employees. If you recently purchased Astra, your employees can quickly learn all the skills necessary for day-to-day operations prior to going live on the new system. Experienced users will find detailed instructions on the advanced functions available to improve the efficiency of your dealership.

The Learning Center can also be a great way to train new employees on the software before you place them in front of your customers. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so your employees can learn at their convenience.

The Learning Center is considered Premium Content, and access to the Learning Center is granted to existing Astra customers. If you are a current user of Astra and are current on your support payments, you qualify for access to the Learning Center.* Check with your system administrator to see if you already have a user name and password for the Learning Center and IDS Dealer Resource Center. If you do not have a user name or password, you can request one here.
